We loved hotel's service and staff. It was really a GREAT property for a trip to Valdez.

They had a restaurant attached.

What I didn't like was the fact I reserved 3 kings and did not get what I reserved. When we got to the motel there was only 2 kings and a full left. Now I don't know, but when someone asks for 3 rooms and leaves their Credit card to reserve them I would expect there to be three kings available when you came in. The young man who checked us in was slow and slightly surly. The room was hot.

Clean and spacious rooms, exellent continental breakfast, staff very infomative and friendly. Can"t wait to go back after remodeling is done!

The staff did well at choosing a variety of foods for the continental breakfast.

We were extremely disappointed that the pool was not open and that we weren't informed of this ahead of time. They were also in the midst of construction and we had to walk through the construction every time we entered.
